Pick up is only available in Victoria

How are the products shipped

Where applicable, items will be bubble wrapped and shipped in heavy duty shipping boxes

How long does it take to process and deliver my order

Cheeky Toys will endeavour to ship out orders within 1 to 2 business days once payment has been received. Delivery times will be dependent on the shipping company selected.

Please note, during seasonal periods (e.g Christmas), processing orders may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders.

What happens if the items I have received are damaged or faulty

Cheeky Toys will endeavour to fix the issue(s) and provide the best possible outcome. 

Please note that Cheeky Toys will reimburse the return cost if item(s) is genuinely faulty or damaged through no fault of the customer. This is at the discretion of Cheeky Toys. 

Whilst the items purchased are carefully packaged, Cheeky Toys cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping. 

Does cheeky Toys ship internationally

Cheeky Toys does not offer international shipping. However, if this policy changes, we will announce this on our main page.

Shipping Information

Standard delivery cost:

All parcels will be delivered by Sendle. Cheeky Toys reserves the right to use any courier at its sole discretion without giving notice.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes

Returns & Exchanges

Cheeky Toys may offer a refund or exchange provided that the product is:

• Returned in its original packaging with tags and seals all intact
• In saleable condition
• Request for exchange or refund is sought within 21 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed to the payment method selected at checkout (excluding shipping cost if applicable)
• Please select tracking for all returns is highly recommended as proof that goods have been received
• Return cost is at buyer’s expense

Products that have been misused or inappropriately handled will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
